Figures follow the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects' published Scale of Charges (rate list last updated 21/10/2015) and every rate shown is the SLIA minimum by default – each one is editable so AEDS can quote its own figure. The Institute's notes also record that fees for works costing up to Rs 1,400,000 may be negotiated directly between architect and client, and that housing fees in marginal cases should not fall below the maximum fee of the preceding cost band. This tool does not constitute a quotation; AEDS will confirm the applicable fee and scope of services in a signed letter of appointment.
